In the events of which a member has achieved the Moderator or higher rank, the 'Congratulations' threads will be made by a Staff Manager or an Owner, if you are a normal player, do NOT post a thread like this.
Why are we doing this? Simple because if there is a temporary demote for whatever reason and the user is re-promoted, there should never be another 'Congratulations on Moderator back' thread, as this is unnecessary.
We are sorry if you are good friends with whomever has been chosen the status and you want to make a thread about it, but this is to prevent less spamming within this board. Also, when there does happen to be a promotion within the ranks, your reply must be at least 3 or more words, as just saying 'Gratz' is spam.
