Text on leveling up

When i got to level 6 mining, the text was incomplete, i think this is the right section :).

Well, either the message didn't shop up in full, like "Congratulations you achieved.." or it is the problem I noticed, there is something like <648etg>Congratulations!<648etg>.

It's like that everytime I level up in mining too. Dylan messed it up, easy fix.
