Three days isn't digging, you should know that.

And a blood altar is for runecrafting, you craft blood runes there, it has not been added, so you can't make blood runes.

You talked to Dylan irl about this, what don't you understand about him saying that he does not have the item id for it, therefor he cannot add it.
