As of now, i'm pretty sure there are no vote points at the moment? Why not adding them?
1 vote gains you 1 vote point and those points can be spent on different rewards.

Possible rewards:
XP lamp (Gives you 10k xp to any skill of your choice) =  1 vote point
Slayer point book (Gives you 30 slayer points) = 1 vote point
Summoning charm package (Gives you 10 of each charm) - 1 vote point

Maybe some items too? Couldn't think any tho :))

One, it's agains the RuneLocus rules, even though most servers do it.

Two, I think Dylan may be working on something like this.

And I disagree, breaking rules is not right.
