Full slayer helmet

It does nothing at the moment and even helm of neitiznot is better than it...
I think it should give you 2x slayer XP.

Even though I have not tried it, someone told me it gave 0.5x exp. If it does, it should stay like that, if it doesn't, Dylan should add it.

Well wouldn't it be cool if we got a little bit more exp from slayer from it as well? :)
