download client does not work on this laptop but works on other one , and also webclient doesnt work either

can anybody help with this problem ?

and the computer that it does work on is my sisters so i cant play on it all the time soo yea  . . . .

well i knoow from when i did play i got a new laptop i needed jdk so try that it may work
